We stayed at the tail end of our cruise and land tour hoping to see the Northern Lights.
Location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and so was the gym.

Exceptional Staff and a Wonderful Stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Fairbanks! From the moment we arrived, every single staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and hardworking. You could truly tell they cared about making sure guests had a great experience, and their positive attitudes made our stay that much better. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. I also absolutely loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant right in the lobby—it was so nice to be able to grab a drink or something to eat without having to leave the hotel. The location is fantastic and made getting around Fairbanks incredibly easy. Between the wonderful staff, spacious accommodations, cleanliness, convenient amenities, and great location, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hyatt Place Fairbanks!

Lovely welcome to Alaska
We loved our stay here. We came in a day early for our cruise so we needed to make our own accommodations for that night. We chose Hyatt Place and were pleasantly surprised in every way. The room was clean, staff friendly and the next morning’s breakfast was amazing. So many choices (hot and cold) and it was’t served on paper or styrofoam like so many places. The service was impeccable, kitchen and dining area looked very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check out time for us was at noon and we really enjoyed that extra hour. Lobby was very comfortable. A special shout out to Kesha who was at the front desk the morning we checked out. She was so helpful, going above and beyond for us. Thank you, Kesha. We appreciate you!! We appreciate all the hard workers at this hotel who made our stay so lovely!! First overnight in Alaska was wonderful. Can’t wait for the rest of it.
