    came for one night for my husbands birhtday. Everything was great!!!

    staff is always great and welcoming, The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

    The overcharge ruined my stay

    I book and paid through booking.com. 3 days after checking I noticed I was being charged daily from the hotel itself. Front desk staff stated they took care of it and a refund would be returned “ immediately “. Refund was not returned, causing me to lose $700 at that time making us leave a day early because I could not afford any excursions due to being on a budget. When front desk was asked I was abruptly told to contact my back which my bank had NOTHING to do with this. I also was refused a refund for the last night paid that we were not able to stay for.
