  We stayed at the Hyatt Place London East as a family of two adults, two children and our dog. We were fortunate to be given an accessible room, which turned out to be really spacious, bright and very pleasant to stay in. The room was spotlessly clean, and we particularly appreciated the overall comfort as well as the delicious breakfast, which was varied and of excellent quality.

  However, despite these very positive points, a few details disappointed us, especially considering the price per night. The children slept on the sofa bed. We had no problem with this in itself, but it creaked terribly: every little movement made a very loud noise. Not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep with the family! Another point that surprised us was the bathroom. It was enormous, which was appreciated, but as our room was accessible, the layout prioritised manoeuvring space at the expense of furniture. As a result, there were very few surfaces on which to put our belongings. I therefore asked at reception whether it would be possible to provide a small table or stand so that we would not have to put our toiletry bags directly on the floor. My request was acknowledged, but unfortunately, the final answer was no. This was disappointing because at €348 (£291) per night, you would expect at least a reasonable level of practicality and a few thoughtful touches. Having to put your toiletries on the floor in a hotel of this standard is rather surprising and disappointing.

  Excellent stay with spacious, spotless rooms, a beautiful view, helpful staff and great breakfast, with only minor issue

  We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place London City East, and I would definitely come back again. The room was exceptionally spacious, very clean and comfortable, with fresh towels every day. The bathroom was also very large, modern and spotlessly clean. We had a beautiful view over Whitechapel Road. The reception staff were extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. They even lent me a UK charger when I realised I didn’t have one, which was very kind. On our last day, they also kept our luggage safely until we had to leave for our evening flight. Breakfast had everything we needed and offered a good variety. The only small issue was that some of the restaurant tables were not always completely clean, and occasionally we had to ask the staff to refill butter or bring cups. However, they reacted immediately and were very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again on our next visit to London.

  séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

  l'emplacement pres du métro, le petit déjeuner copieux sucré, salé, la grande chambre.

  le personnel qui ne parle qu'anglais, le canapé lit peu confortable et le bruit dans la douche un peu bizarre quand on s'en servait.
