    Comfortable and clean hotel. staff extremely helpful.

    Great location for exploring the Hamptons / Long Island (east) Room was clean and comfortable, I would have prefered a view of the dock, not the car park, but it was booked last minute and they did have a couple of weddings on.Free car parking a bonus, Breakfast was adequate. Joe in reception was a star, arranging taxi's and transfers. He came across as a thoroughly nice Guy, always with a smile and happy to help.

    All good for a short stay, no facility for evening meals, although we dined out every night.

    The heating/AC unit smelled like cigarette smoke when you turned it on. I have stayed here before and didn't have that issue so I guess we had an unlucky room.
