    Nice Location Reception Could be More Diligent

    Location was great, and facilities were good.

    I booked for a higher floor (extra charge), they didn't give it to me and instead offered a suite, which was okay, but very close to the plaza next door. I might be wrong, but I believe the reason was that the receptionist confused my name with someone else (totally different spelling and pronunciation - as she showed me), so it could've been for that person, and just later changed the name.

    I did enjoy my stay, and the staff members are friendly and incredibly helpful. I am extremely grateful for their service and showing me all I need to know about the hotel.

    The only thing I didn't like was the prices on the dryer, and it takes more than 3 times to get my clothes completely dry.

    Very dirty!

    It was the first Hyatt where it was so dirty. Floors in the corridor were with rubbish all the days of our visit. Floors in the bathroom were sticky. Smell in the room. Very shabby bed cloth. We asked to change. Poor breakfast.
