    Nice area, friendly staff. Could use better cleaning

    We loved that it was close to everything we could need. Shopping, dining, gas stations, and freeway access. The staff was very polite and helpful with any questions we had. The room was a really good size.

    We stayed in a king room that included a couch. The couch and footrest had multiple stains on them which was very gross. Me and my husband didn’t dare sit on it or set our things on them. The mirror across from the restroom had finger marks and smears so I’m pretty sure that hadn’t been cleaned either.

    It was ok

    Elevators didn’t work so we had to use the stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. It took a very long time for us to be greeted when checking in

    That elevators didn’t work. We should have been given a heads up or a discount for the inconvenience

    close to many restaurants and attractions

    elevator was not working and had to carry luggage for 3 flights of stairs also parking was very limited, after letting staff know they gave a parking permit to park accross the street
