Tolle Lage, insgesamt gut, aber mit ein paar Abstrichen.
Das Hotel liegt günstig in Vitacura, fussläufig zu vielen Cafés, Läden und Restaurants. Toller Blick in die Berge und schöne Terrasse ganz oben.
Das Personal war zwar überwiegend freundlich, aber der Service war an vielen Stellen etwas holprig. Der Check-in hat sehr lang gedauert, das Sofabett war nicht gemacht, als wir ankamen und das Housekeeping, schien etwas genervt davon, dass sie das Bett noch machen mussten. Beim Frühstück war das Personal unterbesetzt und an dem Wochenendtagen, war vieles am Buffet vergriffen und das Nachfüllen dauerte lang. Der Pool ganz oben ist toll, leider waren die Scheiben so angelaufen, dass man den tollen Blick gar nicht sehen konnte. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber wir hatten von einem Hyatt etwas mehr erwartet.
