    Good except for one employee.

    Excellent location, clean room. Just so happened we asked somebody {male} at the desk for a shuttle to the NCL pier that morning and the guy said it's all fully booked for the day. And later that day, at noon, we asked a lady at the counter when we're ready to leave and she said the shuttle is outside and maybe he will be able to take us to the pier. The driver took us to the pier within the 5 minutes, and we were the only passengers and we're glad we asked another person at the desk. I was not able to get her name. The guy who we asked in the morning was just standing next to her when she was helping us, and he did not say a word. She was very helpful. We were about to call the uber.
