A pleasant stay with clean, modern rooms and outstanding hospitality from the Café 88 and front desk teams.
The rooms are a bit small, but they are renovated especially floor nos. 10,11 & 12), well-maintained, and clean. The highlight of the stay is the excellent hospitality provided by the entire team. The Café 88 team deserves special appreciation, especially Chef Vikas, Chef Priyab, Chef Satyapal, F&B Manager Yogesh, and F&B Supervisor Sriram. They are highly professional, well-trained, and genuinely understand how to take care of guests and make them feel welcome. Prosenjit and the rest of the restaurant team are also very good. The front desk team is equally welcoming, professional, and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout the stay. Overall, the excellent service, warm hospitality, and guest-focused approach of the teams make the stay a pleasant experience.

Uitstekend verblijf en vriendelijke medewerkers.
Een mooi hotel net buiten het centrum van de stad met zwembad, spa's en fitness. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en attent. Het eten is fantastisch; ruime keuze en voldoende. Een hotel om blij van te worden.
Het matras is (voor mij) aan de harde kant. Gemeld aan het management en deze heeft direct actie ondernomen.
