Great location and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is great and I always like staying there. Great that it’s right at the Galleria for convenient shopping.
Rooms could use some upgrades. There was no rack to hang towels and the floors in the bathroom show wear and tear.

Will never be back
That it was clean
My family and I were just passing through on our way to Florida and chose this hotel based on the reviews and the fact that it was advertised as pet-friendly. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, we were hit with one unexpected charge after another. We were charged an outrageous $100 pet fee for our dog, and there is apparently a 35-pound weight limit that is not listed anywhere we could find. These are important details that should be clearly disclosed before guests book, not surprises sprung on them at check-in. The room itself was outdated and run-down, looking like it hadn’t been updated since 2006. On top of paying for an overpriced room that desperately needs attention, parking was an additional cost, and breakfast was not included. While I understand those amenities are not always included at Hyatt properties, the overall cost was completely disproportionate to the experience we received. The hotel is also attached to a mall, which made the environment noisy, with unnecessary foot traffic and people around even late at night. It did not feel like the comfortable, quiet stop we were expecting for our family during a long road trip. The most disappointing part is that I am a Hyatt member, and my previous experiences with Hyatt have led me to expect clean, safe, and welcoming accommodations for families. This property fell well below those expectations. Between the unexpected fees, undisclosed pet restrictions, outdated room, and overall environment, this stay was nowhere near the standard I associate with Hyatt. Guests deserve transparency about additional charges and restrictions before booking, and the quality of the accommodations should reflect what they are being charged. We left extremely disappointed, and this experience has seriously impacted my impression of this property.
