    Exhausting.

    There was one extremely kind security guard that helped bring our stuff up to the room. He went above her job duties to help us when no one else would. I don’t remember his name but he was great.

    The staff was not friendly. They didn’t acknowledge us when we tried to go get food from one of the bars/restaurants. It took over an hour to get one thing delivered to the room. When we first arrived at valet they all just took there and watched us get out of the car. Then when we got a luggage cart and we’re getting our stuff out of the car no one offering to help. It was just so unorganised and unprofessional essentially with how much we spent.
