    Nothing nearby that is walking distance…have to grab everywhere. Residence side felt distant from hotel side.

    Customer service is excellent. Very warm, accommodating and friendly. Room is perfect and spotless. Will make sure to only be staying at Hyatt each time we travel on Holidays or on special occasions.
