It did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel.

The location of the hotel and the quality of the beds were ok.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was disappointing. There were huge water stains on the lampshade in the room. The AC was directed onto one of the beds, which was quite uncomfortable. The hallway and elevator of the building gave off a dormitory vibe and would need maintenance in our opinion.

The hotel is old and dated, it needs a huge upgrade

The property is in a great location

The property is dated, old, basic and it’s not five star by any stretch. The charge for the room per night is astronomical compared to the facilities. Everything needs updating!
