    Please bring back the airport walkway!!!

    In the past, this has been a great place to stay when flying in/out of the pittsburgh airport. There used to be a walkway that connected the two. Also, it was nice to grab food and drink at the hotel restaurant. But this was all in the past.

    Since the airport remodel, there is no walkway connecting the hotel to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle which is great but not as easy as the walkway. Dinner at the hotel restaurant wasn't as good as in the past. And the room was rundown. They use lots of flat sheets on the bed which just becomes a tangled mess by morning.

    We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to others.

    Our recent stay exceeded expectations. The entire staff was exceptional, and the front desk team deserves special recognition. We interacted with them every day and consistently received friendly, professional service. We also appreciated how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. Many hotels claim to welcome pets, but this property truly delivers on that promise. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Overall, the hotel's commitment to hospitality was evident in every interaction.
