    Excellent, comfortable place to stay, very friendly and helpful, polite staff. Would stay again!

    Breakfast was included in my stay and the food options where delicious and fresh each day. I looked forward to going to breakfast of a morning. It's something I miss now I'm back home.

    Honestly the only thing which wasn't a major issue was that the elevators were tired and old. Were functional, but if any ungrades in the hotel where to happen, that would make a nice improvement.

    good stay - nice area - good breakfast- large rooms

    stayed before and hotel been modernised since and still undergoing decorating - rooms lovely modern and large with extra sitting area -and breakfast area good size all open plan with reception breakfast good and varied options shuttle bus for 15 dollars return to broadway - free to mall and opry - we like the area and would tay again if returned to nashville.

    air con didnt work one day but we were checking out the next day - informed staff who sent to maintence but they couldnt rectify why we were there
