    More important for staff to sell more things rather than doing their actual job.

    Location was good

    Concierge close to aggressive in terms of selling additional things, asked multiple times. Kitchen in room super old and small. AC very loud and you can’t turn it off. Lazy river wasn’t heated although it was said that it is heated. Food not good.

    Gutes Familienresort mit viel Platz und tollem Lazy River - kulinarisch aber viel Luft nach oben.

    Schönes, familienfreundliches Resort mit grossen, apartmentähnlichen Zimmern. Besonders der Lazy River macht mit Kindern viel Spass. Sehr schön sind auch der Nature Trail und die Möglichkeit, abends Rehe direkt auf dem Resortgelände zu beobachten.

    Food & Beverage sind qualitativ eher mässig. Das Resort empfiehlt sich deshalb vor allem, wenn man ausserhalb isst oder selbst Lebensmittel einkauft. Auch der Hauptpool wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht besonders gemütlich.

    It was ok

    The pool and lazy river was probably the best thing about the facility.

    The facility is pretty old. The restaurant was not good at all especially for the prices they charged.
