    Overall, we made the best of the situation and had a fun and memorable trip.

    Very busy check in and check out with delayed elevator. The elevator was warm inside. I thought the property was ocean front. The ice maker and dishwasher didn't work. The jacuzzi also was not working several nights when we attended. Per maintenance worker, two of the TV's were missing equipment especially in the seating room.

    Okay, not the greatest

    I thought the actual apartment was nice and I liked that it was right across the street from beach.

    I wasn’t happy with a lot of the service , some of the staff and some of the amities and rules at the resort. First of all apartment was not ready for us at 4:00 and had to wait 2 more hours . The apartment was also not very clean especially the oven, microwave and other kitchen stuff. There was no mop, broom or laundry basket which should be basic necessities included in the apartment. Phone was not working, so I could not dial the front desk form room phone. Light bulbs in bathroom and kitchen were out. Elevator wait was horrendous and there was no ac in the elevators. Getting lounge chairs at the beach was very tough sometimes. And costly.
