  Great location, but a bit rundown.

  The location of the property is great. It is in a quiet neighborhood, just a couple blocks from restaurants, pubs, shops, and markets. It is also a short walk from multiple tube stations, making it easy to get to other parts of London. The host/concierge was also very helpful and courteous. When we ran out of washing detergent, he dropped off some additional pods. The layout of the flat was great for our family. It has 2 bedrooms and an additional bed in the living room. Everyone in our family of 4 had a quiet place to sleep at night.

  Our check in didn't go great. We arrived at the building in the time window on booking.com (3-6pm), but when we arrived, the outside door was locked and there was no one at the front desk. We called the number on the door and messaged via booking.com with no response. After 15 minutes or so of sitting outside, a resident let us in the building. After another 10 minutes or so, we stopped another resident to tell her our situation. She was able to track down the host/concierge and get us our keys to the flat. Another family who arrived at about the same time as us had a similar issue. For the rest of our stay the host/concierge was very responsive. We later found out that the host/concierge only staffs the front desk until 3pm. The flat and building is fairly dated and rundown. The lobby and elevator smell quite musty. The flat itself was mostly clean, but rundown and poorly equipped. For example there were limited plates and bowls in the kitchen and few cooking utensils. Some of the blinds were in disrepair. The mattresses were very uncomfortable (we could feel the springs through our mattress).

  Old flat, very dirty, if it is old and clean it is acceptable. I will not go back to that flat again.
