Bungalows are cleaned every alternate day, with towels changed twice weekly and bed linen once. When booking 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the offered sleeper sofas are non convertible sleeper sofas (modular couches) Reservations of four or more rooms will be considered group bookings. Additional terms and conditions apply to these bookings, and a 20% deposit of the total reservation cost is required. This deposit will be refunded upon arrival at the property. You have 72 hours from the time of booking to make this deposit. Please contact the hotel directly to make the deposit (info@hydeparklane.com or direct message). If we do not receive confirmation of the deposit from us, the reservation will be automatically canceled.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
