  انصح بعدم استئجار هذه الشقه الى ان يتم توضيح كل النقاط أعلاه للزبائن

  -الشقه تقع في الدور الخامس والاسنسير يقف عند الدور الرابع وعليك حمل أمتعتك خلال درج ضيق جداً الى الدور الخامس وهذا متعب للغايه. - الغرفه الريئيسه فراشها جهة اليسرى مائله الى الاسفل وكلما استغرقت في النوم وقعت الى الاسفل . - ⁠غطاء مفارش النوم سيئه للغايه وقديمه جداً. - ⁠باب الشقه لا يوجد به قفل من الداخل وفي احد الايام تفاجأت بدخول احد عمال غسيل الشراشف والمناشف الى داخل الشقه. - ⁠باب العماره لايقفل بعض الاحيان وهذا مدعاة لدخول اللصوص الى العماره. - ⁠الشقه تقع في السطح مشتركه مع الشقه الاخرى ولايفصل بينهم الا جدران جبسم بورد واي حركه في الشقه المجاوره تسمعها. - ⁠سكان العماره لا يرغبون ان تؤجر السطوح في عمارتهم حسب الايميل المرسل من المالك. - ⁠لم يوضحوا كل ماذكر اعلاه خلال العرضي الاولي عندما تم الاستئجار. لذلك انا انصح بعدم التعامل معهم اطلاقاً.

  Location and surrounding areas, easy to access to all tourist spots. Its very quite and suitable for families with kids.

  Second room was too small, it's double bed is a queen size small bed. Shower area was bit leak and water dripping. One small room window was jam and couldn't open for fresh air.

  Top WHG, super ausgestattet, sauber, schöner Balkon und sehr zentral gelegen in guter Gegend. Vermieter haben uns gut informiert und waren gut erreichbar, leider konnten wir die Koffer nicht unterstellen, ist aber in den Läden drumrum gut möglich, für uns 4 alles TipTop!

  Avoid this apartment if the weather is likely to be hot in London. It's truely unbearable.

  The apartment would have been good if it weren't for the unbearable heat in it when we stayed. If you rent it out when the weather in London isn't very hot, you will probably enjoy the flat.

  It was over 37 degrees centigrade in the apartment and being an attic type flat was exposed to the sun all afternoon. We were in London during a heatwave and we were unable to sleep in the apartment and had to move to another apartment on the second night (and pay twice). If you Google / use Gemini and ask whether it is healthy or safe to sleep in 37 degrees heat, you will get the answer. The apartment gets hotter than the ambient temperature (in the shade) due to its orientation. We tried to alleviate the heat by drawing the curtains during the day and leaving the windows open in the late evening and through to mid-morning but to no avail. One of the bedroom's main window didn't open (just a small top one). The fans were ineffective (just blew the hot air around). The apartment's manager suggested that we were sensitive to heat (interesting comment I thought!!!!). Avoid the flat at all costs if you think there is a risk of the weather being hot in London. And, in any case, I suggest that you don't take young children or frail people there in the heat (again, do the research with Gemini to see what I mean). If you know that the weather won't be hot in London, then you will probably enjoy the flat as in other respects it was comfortable, with quality appliances and very central. Horses for courses.
