    Convenient Location

    This location is the most convenient for business and personal needs.

    Paucity of still water. Never any decafinated tea on the room tray despite noting in several legacy booking requests. Pillows are becoming worn and lumpy!

    Very enjoyable. Will visit again.

    The professionalism and engagement of the young staff.

    Our room was next to a suite where a celebration was taking place. It was very noisy and the occupants were rowdy on the Sunday night. They vacated on the Monday so the rest of our stay was peaceful nights.

    The location is right on the seafront. Rooms were big. Fab shower. Lovely food.

    Food and drinks is overpriced, particularly breakfast £19 per person is a lot. Staff do not take accountability when something is wrong, very quick to judge the customer and blame them. Pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Hotel is too hot. Aircon doesn't always work.
