During our extensive trip through Toscana and Umbria, this was the apartment with the most modern equipment, was very well equipped and in walking distance to the centre of Perugia. Excellent
From the train station one has to take the Mini Metro and then walk up to the Apartment

Un bel weekend a Perugia
Alloggio ampio e accogliente, molto pulito, ben attrezzato. Ottimo oscuramento notturno. Al nostro arrivo c'era acqua fresca nel frigo. L'host ci ha dato sempre istruzioni dettagliate via Whatsapp. L'alloggio è in un quartiere frequentato da giovani e ricco di murales, centri culturali e alcuni locali, ma ciò nonostante è tranquillo, le finestre della camera danno su un cortile interno silenzioso. Vicino alla struttura c'è un ristorante di buon livello. La piazza principale è a 15 minuti a piedi.
La scala di accesso è ripida (le persone anziane potrebbero avere difficoltà), i tre ambienti interni hanno tutti degli scalini che possono risultare pericolosi al buio. Il bagno non ha bidet ma una doccetta interna al wc (meglio di niente, ma il bidet è un'altra cosa...), manca un portasapone nella doccia. È stato un po' difficile trovare la strada perché il navigatore perdeva il segnale in continuazione

L'appartamento è nel centro storico, sarà stato ristrutturato recentemente, è pulitissimo e arredato con gusto, con letto e cuscini molto comodi.

Nice experience.
Great location, in center storico, perfect clean space, kitchen and washroom 🚻, everything nice perfect and working. Great host with quick communication. If host want he can add some cookies 🍪 , olive oil, and biscuits in kitchen. Recommended.
