A good solid base for a stay in Bormio with a very knowledgeable host!
Our host. WOW! We were met by the host who gave us the keys and a full tour of the apartment. It is on the ground floor, front of the building in a very quiet part of Bormio within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. Parking is available directly outside. The beds and clean and comfy with fresh towels. The show is warm and plentiful too. But the best bit for us was the level of local knowledge the host imparted. She recommended places for food upon out late arrival and took the time to check in via text part way though the stay. When leaving, she gave us EXCELLENT recommendations for a stop off on our drive to the Dolomites. She really went the extra mile. THANK YOU!!!!!!
Nothing major. Yes, the kitchen is small and basic but it had all we needed for a short stay. Oh, the toaster was tricky, needing to be held down to toast. Not a major thing though! It's a lovely apartment and I hate even raising these minor issues. Booking.com won't let me save without saying something though!
