Everything was absolutely TOP, TOP, TOP! Booking the apartment was super easy, and the self-check-in instructions were very clear and simple, which was perfect since we arrived late at night.The place is incredibly clean, both outside and inside the apartment. It is in a very safe and beautiful location close to Lake Garda.Safe parking, great comfort, and amazing host. We are more than satisfied and we highly recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely come back again

Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft, die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend und das Personal auch
Es ist schwer zu bewerten, es gab nichts, was wir loben könnten, ganz im Gegenteil… Wir wurden bei der Buchung über Booking.com über den Standort informiert.
Die virtuelle Rezeption funktionierte nur bis 21:00 Uhr, diese Information fehlte bei Booking.com. Wir legten 500 km mit drei Motorrädern zurück, die Ankunftszeit war unmöglich abzuschätzen. Durch den Verkehr verzögerte sich unsere Ankunft, wir kamen erst 10 Minuten vor 21:00 Uhr an. Hatten wir etwa keine Reservierung? Ohne die Hilfe und den Tipp des Restaurantbesitzers nebenan hätten wir auf der Straße übernachten müssen. Ich bin 70 und meine Partnerin 60! In der Bestätigungs-E-Mail erfuhren wir, dass es keine Motorradparkplätze gibt – das war das Erste, was ich bei der Buchung überprüft hatte. Eine Katastrophe! Ein Motorrad ist kein Auto, das sollte der Vermieter wissen und nicht lügen. Die Unterkunft war vor Jahren mal schön, ist aber jetzt abgenutzt und schlecht instand gehalten. Das Wasser aus dem Duschschlauch spritzt überall hin, der Spiegel im Badezimmer hängt auf der anderen Seite des Waschbeckens, und die Stromkabel hängen aus der Wand. Im Kleiderschrank gab es nur zwei sehr schlechte Kleiderbügel; man muss seine Kleidung aufhängen können und nicht auf dem Boden und auf den Betten liegen haben.
