Reasonable price for the location. Clean with good service rendered by the employees from front desk, reception, concierge, house keeping and security guards .

Had a good experience staying 3 nights at the hotel.
The breakfast is quite a spread and the quality of food is very good. The hotel is near many shops, massage establishment and near a mall. Received complimentary coupons for star bucks coffee.
The cleanliness of the room can be improved, not saying that is dirty.

This has been my first choice of hotel for each batam visit. Really love how comfortable the hotel is and the ease of access.
The hairdryer. I think I had it changed twice, but the hairdryer didn't blow hot air after use for a while.

因为喜欢I hotel, 阴差阳错定到了这家。Batam有两家。这家也非常好，楼下就是A2 food center. 过街就非常大的购物中心，感觉啥都有了。 这家酒店的隔音做得无敌好，马路上的声音不怎么听得到。因为我对声音很敏感，所以对安静要求很高，但是真的睡得非常踏实啊！！
