  L’appartamento era molto bello, grande e confortevole, con spazi adeguati per una famiglia. Nel complesso, la struttura in sé ci è piaciuta.

  L’accoglienza è stata poco organizzata: ci era stato detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta in 10 minuti, ma abbiamo aspettato circa un’ora alla reception. Inoltre, nel frigorifero erano presenti alcune bibite senza alcuna indicazione che fossero a pagamento, tanto che sembravano chiaramente un omaggio di benvenuto. Solo dopo la partenza ci è stato comunicato che dovevamo pagare circa 70 € per ciò che avevamo consumato. Abbiamo inoltre ricevuto l’informazione che avevamo diritto a un omaggio di vino, ma questo non ci è mai stato effettivamente consegnato. La cosa che ci ha lasciati più perplessi è stata la proposta di non farci pagare i circa 70 € delle consumazioni in cambio di una recensione da 5 stelle su Booking. Abbiamo trovato questa modalità poco corretta e non riteniamo che una recensione debba essere condizionata da un vantaggio economico. Infine, al check-out non c’era nessuno alla reception e non ci era stato spiegato dove lasciare le chiavi, quindi abbiamo dovuto consegnarle alla signora delle pulizie. Nel complesso, l’appartamento era molto valido, ma l’organizzazione e soprattutto la gestione delle consumazioni e della recensione ci hanno lasciato una sensazione negativa.

  To absolutely avoid due to receptionists behaviour

  Property was amazing, close by to shops, very comfortable beds

  Our experience was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately the actions of the reception staff completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday. We were initially given misleading information regarding the availability and use of the internal pools. However, the most serious issue occurred after we declined an optional catamaran excursion due to health issues. Only four minutes after our conversation with reception, and while we were still in the middle of our four-day stay, our accommodation was cancelled through Booking.com. The reason given was that we had supposedly “never checked in.” This was completely untrue. We had already checked in and were staying at the property, and we provided Booking.com with photographs and videos as clear evidence of our presence. Despite this evidence, misleading information was apparently provided to Booking.com, resulting in a very stressful situation. We were even told that we could be charged an additional £660 and were threatened with police and border authorities. We then had to spend considerable amounts of money calling Booking.com repeatedly over the following days to explain the situation and provide evidence that we were genuinely staying at the property. It was extremely upsetting to be treated this way, particularly when the issue arose immediately after we declined an optional activity because of health reasons. We should never have been placed in a situation where we had to repeatedly prove that we were actually staying at accommodation we had already checked into. The villa itself was very nice, which makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the behaviour and handling of the situation by the reception staff completely overshadowed the positive aspects of the property. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

  Le logement est spacieux, très bien décoré et super agréable. Le personnel est adorable, surtout à la réception🙏

  Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car il manquait la toile tendue pour protéger du soleil mais c'est un détail, sinon nous avons adoré ce logement.
