everything---terrible going thru booking.com --- confusing situation with keys, codes etc. booking.com "agent" had limited connection to "owners" --- property was not clear to be Airbnb, which we would not normally do. situation was uncomfortable, confusing, chaotic, locked out of the apartment when we had family commitments elsewhere -- no facilities to leave bags. overall terrible situation, false advertising,

Formidable.
Accès facile, situé proche du métro. Lits confortables. L’endroit était propre et climatisé. Le déjeuner nous était servis à notre chambre tous les matins à 8h. Même plus tôt si jamais c’était nécessaire. Si nous avions besoin d’un taxi, ils le faisaient pour nous. Service rapide et impeccable, plus que satisfaite.

Great location!
We had faulty air con when we arrived with water all over the floor, a technician was meant to come however never showed up so we asked to move rooms that evening. The staff always responded quickly and our new room was great.
