    Had a great week at Fishermans Rest. Superb base for exploring the North Devon coast path.

    The whole cottage was lovely and a lovely location

    Having to try and find the wheelie bins down the street but that wasn't the fault of the host

    Beautiful, quiet place off the street. Wonderful facilities and very comfortable. If they would only leave a bottle of

    Great location, not sure about parking though, we were walking so did not have to think about it. Very nice space, great kitchen, beautiful bedrooms.

    I would have given this property 10/10 but for one thing. They provided tea and coffee which was great but when you are walking and the shop is 130m elevation back up the hill, a small bottle of milk in the fridge would have been a thoughtful, cheap and wonderful touch. The shop closed at 7.30 so we missed it and if it had not been for an extraordinary cafe staff member who gave us milk from their stock without charge, being British….) it would have been a disaster, because no tea……
