Would not recommend, unless you cannot afford anything better.
The host was friendly on my first call to tell them the light/fan did not work, nor did the toaster, stove top, or coffee maker, but they didn't fix or replace anything, just told me it worked before. In addition, the faucet in the kitchen was loose or not installed correctly, so it hung over instead standing upright, though water did come out of it. I am easy going so rolled with it, but the floors were so filthy I decided to move up the road to the Holiday Inn, never asked for a refund or anything, so I only stayed at this unit a couple nights. I wanted to make sure they werent going to try and charge me for all the stuff that didn't work, so the call was the first or second night there. I left it at that, I realize they might be operating on a shoestring and it can be tough, but two weeks later, they tried to charge me an additional $215, for some of the damaged things, like the kitchen faucet, and 4 pillow covers they said they needed to replace (even though I slept there only two nights before I decided to pay for the Holiday Inn!!! I will not waste too much time figthing with people about things like this, life is too short. But I will warn others about the truth of this rental, its is filthy, nothing in the "kitchen" works, and the owners are what I consider unethical. I thought it was odd they didn't offer any cleaning in an entire two-week rental, but I am a clean, older man, so it was just something I noted. If you rent this unit, just be sure to add in the $200-$250 of a security deposit they will find reason to take. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the location is great, an even if I think the owners are unethical, I still tell the truth. Aside from the location, I would give this one or zero stars.
The floors were sticky, and nothing in the kitchen worked except the microwave and refrigerator. This is not an exaggeration. My response to them saying I left a good review is simple, I suspected that since they didn't offer to fix anything, especially the only cieling fan with light (neither part worked), I knew the type of people I was dealing with, so I did report several things very early in my stay, so they knew I was aware of it and not going to pay for things that never worked. It is true I was nice to them and didn't demand a refund, and it is also true I take the time to write this review AFTER they take a deposit for things that never worked. Read my other review on the place I stayed just two buildings down the road, the Holiday Inn had no problems with me In short, expect they will take your deposit if you rent this unit, even though $110 cleaning fee already added into the cost. Since I didn't stay there more than 2 nights, there is no way the unit (small sutido) needed 3 hours of cleaning, so this is being dishonest. Let the prospective clients make their own decision, but I suspect some of the good reveiws on here are from people that feel they needed to say nice things or they might not get their deposit back. Strangely, they would not release the deposit and did not take any of it until AFTER a positive comment was added. Does it really take the 2 weeks to clean a studio? My final thought is they intend to take deposits, have plenty of broekn and inoperable things in the unit to try justifying the taking of the deposit, so just be sure to factor in the cost of the deposit into your overall price of the room, that would be a better way for them to do business.

The property was very nice. The key doesn’t fit the pool locks well. All was good for our trip.

Excellent trip with my grandkids. Beautiful studio apartment with everything we needed to feel like home. Great host, wi
Location, clean, excellent security on site
What wasn’t to like? If I had to name something it would be the key to the pool area hard to turn and getting stuck on occasion, nothing a little WD40 won’t correct
