A good stay spoiled by the attitude and refusal by the management to accept we had a problem.

The stay itself went well in spite of night time noise from the restaurant below our window, the garbage collections and other noises in the night time hours

The staff members with who we interacted were very cheerful efficient and helpful but I'm sorry to say the attitude of the lead person left quite a bit to be desired when we had an issue on departure. Her defensive and somewhat aggressive legalistic tone refusing to accept we genuinely had a problem was very disappointing.

So incredibly clean and beautiful. Fantastic location. Beautiful rooms and breakfast. Most importantly incredible service from Nicoleta and her team. Would 100% book again!

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like about this property - all was perfect.
