  Absolute waste of time

  The staff around the hotel where absolutely fantastic, was clean and luxurious! The reception went above and beyond

  The prestige staff ruined our honeymoon, made the stay just a complete waste of time and money. Unfortunately one man managed to ruin the whole experience and I wouldn’t come back purely based on the way he treated us.

  Everything was perfect!

  Thank you to all hotel team members who made our stay very enjoyable and worry-free! Thank you to all receptionists who were helping with day to day requests! The two outdoors swimming pools and the direct access on the beach are superb. There is a calm swimming pool and another bigger one where are all activities are done. All staff are lovely and very helpful, very caring. No need to search for a sun-bed, they organise it as soon as you reach the pool! For people wanting some quiet time, there is a large garden behind the pool, lots of trees so you can always have shadow. There is an all day bar with food (when the restaurant is closed) and in this part of the hotel there is also a shop with clothes and souvenirs, a jewellery, and a tattoo service (hénné). The restaurant is big, with A/C and also an outdoor terrace with ventilators. Extreme large choice of food, from very western food to local Tunisian food. Breakfast was amazing, the crêpes with chocolate are totally addictive 🤣. I am still dreaming of them. How do you do this chocolate??? Dear me it was delicious. In the bedrooms there is A/C and a fridge, really appreciated because it was super warm (august…). Big thank you to the cleaners who were adorable and who did everything to make our stay perfect (especially with my constant request for clothing cleaning service), cleaning everyday all bedrooms with always a big smile. There are cold water fountains in the corridors of the hotel so we could fill up our bottles all day long, and of course the several bars with cocktails (with or without alcohol). In the evening there are different kind of animations, music, games, karaoké, which are at different places depending of the theme (the hotel is very big). There is a sport room and spa, super nice and clean with massage options and another indoor swimming pool.

  Upon arrival the fridge of the bedroom was broken but the hotel staff replaced it immediately. The two guides inside the hotel were a bit oppressing sometimes. We had our own guide we found by my family so we had activities organised outside already, it took them a few days to realise we had already find someone.

  Excellent

  L'hôtel est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la mer . Nous avons adoré prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. La restauration était très variée et très bonne. Le personnel était très aimable et le service était très bien malgré que l'hôtel était presque complet On tenait a remercier infiniment Mr Aziz le responsable clientèle pour sa grande gentillesse et sa disponibilité un jeune homme plein de promesses a qui on souhaite une grande carrière On fait tout simplement on a eu le coup de coeur pour cet hôtel et on y reviendrait sûrement

  Great for a break

  Location to the beach. Staff were friendly. Lots of food choices.

  Some areas of the hotel could do with updating. Food not always hot. Not really a 5 star hotel in my opinion but with a few changes this could be great
