  The food here was very good for resort food. The drinks were good. The staff were lovely. the beach is one you can swim in. The resort is a little small but overall it was a great experience and id stay here again.

  I had a wonderful time good food good drinks most importantly, awesome customer service. I have nothing bad to say about this resort I love love loved it.❤️❤️❤️ Security should lighten up on the vendors in the ocean. They bring a big vibe of Jamaica to the resort. It probably wouldn’t be the same without them. Lol

  Everything was great except my housekeeper who told me 5 minutes wait is too late for me to get service. After I requested her to give me 5 minutes to get dressed to leave the room so she can clean. That was not pleasant not professional and that spoiled the remaining of my stay

  The resort was clean and smelled fantastic. The staff was unbelievably amazing, from the bellhops at the door, to the front desk staff, the cleaners were always friendly and greeted us every time we passed by. The staff in the buffet were also incredible, by our second day there the waitress knew our beverage requests and always made us feel welcome and at home. The entertainment staff by the pool does an absolutely amazing job of getting people involved and engaged. They get everyone laughing and having a great time. Goody, Pooh bear and Javed (and the rest, I'm sorry I didn't catch all the names) were all over the top amazing and absolutely took our trip to the next level. Food for the most part, with the exception of Sole Mio, was fantastic as well. If you don't get the jerk chicken from the food truck, you are doing yourself a disservice, it is so good. Beach, and the entire resort, was always immaculate and spills etc were cleaned immediately. Now, the reason I didn't give a 5 star is because of the beach vendors. A couple were very pushy/aggressive and wouldn't take no for an answer (not all but a couple for sure). I'm not sure what the resort could do about them, but they kept us from enjoying the beach the entire time as we got fed up with the harassment. Outside of that, I can't recommend Iberostar suites enough! Can't wait to return with our kids. Thank you for making our first Jamaica trip so memorable ❤️.
