Not awful but not somewhere I'd return to.

Hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. The location was ideal for a trip to the city centre

Our twin room had beds more suited to children, not full size singles (3' 6"), seemed more like the size of a bunkbed. For 3 nights this made things a bit cramped. We requested rooms nearby but were given rooms on different floors initially. This was rectified by staff on request at arrival thankfully. Breakfast had little that was dairy free other than the milk substitute, which seems unusual today. I'm told there were vegetarian sausages available but they weren't clearly labelled and there were none left anyway when I looked for them. On the whole, for what was paid, breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs were scrambled only and mushrooms were from a tin and if you don't like butter there was no alternative. I was told this was to save on small use plastic containers for eco reasons - but milk in the room came in small use plastic bags?

An excellent hotel staffed by pleasant , friendly reception staff , ably supported by a hard working housekeeping team w

Location was in the heart of the city centre and only 2 minutes walk from Union Street and 10 minutes from Union SQ mall with the train / bus station there as well . Prime spot in the city .

Nothing . As someone who has stayed in literally hundreds of hotels ( some very long stay ) , there was nothing I could find fault with .

    Great stay, rubbish breakfast.

    Room and location, cleanliness.

As someone with food intolerances there was a poor choice at breakfast having paid for it for both days; sausages had gluten, eggs had milk in them etc. I wasn't even offer the choice to have eggs cooked separately. Super disappointing. I wouldnt pay for breakfast again.
