Exploitative charging practices
Price gouging at its worst! Charged equivalent of 12 nights accom just for 1 night during BTS concert. Room was basic and clean, but AC couldn’t be adjusted. Bring earplugs as walls are so thin you can hear next room talking. Breakfast was simple but decent. Staff were polite but only front desk spoke English. The location close to Bujeon Station.

Adequate for a very short stay.
This hotel wasn’t bad but the room was small, with a small bathroom. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was ok. Friendly staff but no real facilities. It was a budget hotel that was fine for three days, not luxurious in any way but adequate for a short stay. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Central but only good for short stays
Hotel is central. Late check in 3 pm. Check in is on the top floor. No restaurant or room service. Aircon didn't work , room was hot and needed the window open to get some air. Lucky I was only here for 12 hrs before next leg, shower sleep next flight. Would not stay longer.

Horrible Experience — Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Manager
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The moment I arrived, the woman claiming to be the manager (as the main manager was on leave) started shouting and behaving aggressively. She insisted that I had no booking and claimed the hotel’s name had changed from Ibis to Central 7. I showed her my confirmed booking under Central 7 on the official letterhead, yet she refused to acknowledge it. When I tried to reason with her, she even threatened to call the police for absolutely no reason. To make matters worse, despite the hotel being almost empty, I was given a room on a lower floor. Her behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional — at one point, she told me I “should know Korean” because I was in Korea, and that she didn’t need to speak or reply in English. I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment at any hotel. The property itself is very average and far from the main area. Pathetic service — avoid this place at all costs.
