    Location, good food, very good customer service

    Decent stay

    Friendly staff, clean decent size room in a central location.

    The drains in the bathroom smelt, and while parking was advertised it was extra at $42 a night

    Great hotel in Hamilton

    The location is perfect, the staff were amazing and the breakfast was excellent. The room sizes are small but sufficient for our needs. Rooms come with two singles but you can push them together for a double

    There were kids running around late at night but once we told the staff they told them to stop it immediately
