Je ne reviendrai pas. Même si je n’ai rien à dire sur la qualité de l’accueil du personnel.
L’accueil Le restaurant et sa carte L’emplacement de l’hôtel
La chambre noire glauque, froide (dans tous les sens du terme) Chauffage bloqué à 18 degrés, impossible à modifier La qualité des prestations de la chambre, pas de bouilloire, pas d’échantillons thé et café, Pas de tablette dans la salle de bain pour ranger ses affaires, Une vulgaire étagère en métal dans la chambre qu’on trouve dans tous les hôtels bas de gamme. Une table de bureau même pas esthétique, L’emplacement de la chambre sous prétexte d’être au calme, elle est au bout du bout de l’hôtel, je suis une femme qui voyage très souvent seule pour mon travail et j’ai peur dans des environnements anxiogènes. Si l’hôtel est bien, et les autres chambres aussi en tout cas cette chambre n’est pas du tout le reflet de Ibis Rouge. J’ai l’impression d’avoir été déclassée du fait que je réserve sur Booking.
