Central to CBD and train station
Room was ordinary, bed was ultra hard , pillows hard and thin .AC / heat unit when on sounded like you were in a wind tunnel . And fridge was just as noisy. Lift broke was stranded on 7th floor waiting ended up having to use staff lift. Unlikely to stay at this place again.

Very central, good bed and shower and good breakfast.
Situation
No room service although when asked about it was told it had been marked off as completed. Only one chair for two people.

The Breakfast was good the location great
The room itself was good, and our initial engagement with the staff was positive. However, there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. We were travelling as a group of five people and had booked two rooms with double beds, which was not suitable for our family’s needs. The hotel provided an additional room on a different floor for part of our family, despite us specifically requesting rooms close together. This was particularly concerning as we were travelling with an elderly sister-in-law who is unable to speak English and required family support nearby. Following our departure, we realised that some belongings had been left behind. I contacted the hotel on Sunday and then again Monday to enquire whether the items had been located and was advised that someone would call me back. Unfortunately, I did not receive a return call. I followed up again on Tuesday and was later informed via email that nothing had been found in the room. What I find most disappointing is the lack of communication throughout the process. My wife and I are certain that the hotel room was the only place where these items could have been left, yet the matter did not appear to be handled thoroughly. In addition, when attempting to contact the hotel on Monday, I called nine times before finally reaching someone through the bar. This experience was frustrating, particularly as the staff member who answered struggled to understand me due to limited English proficiency and was required to transfer the call to a colleague. Overall, while the room and the initial customer service were satisfactory, the poor communication, difficulty contacting the hotel, and the handling of our lost property enquiry were very disappointing. Based on this experience, I would have expected a much higher standard of service and follow-up.
