    A special thank you to Muhammad, who made our experience truly wonderful. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and went out of his way to help us with everything. From arranging our reservation and explaining every detail to offering us a discount and making sure we got the room with the beautiful view we requested on the 17th floor, he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His warm attitude, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference. Muhammad is a wonderful representative of this hotel, and the team is lucky to have him.
