    Schönes, stylishes Hotel fußläufig zum Grünen Hügel

    Das Ibis Styles Hotel ist ein stylishes Hotel in Bayreuth, fußläufig zum Grünen Hügel, auch in höheren Schuhen. Es gibt einen Parkplatz gleich am Hotel. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, doch wirklich geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war trotz Aussicht auf die Gleise sehr ruhig, die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden auch gerne wieder buchen. Das Frühstück war nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten, wir haben es dann noch dazugebucht und es nicht bereut. Es war reichhaltig und geschmacklich sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist hell, es gibt genügend Plätze für die Gäste, die vorwiegend Festspielbesucher waren.

    Da wir nach der Oper etwas hungrig zurückkamen - auch wenn es schon später war - hätten wir uns gewünscht, im Hotel noch eine Kleinigkeit essen zu können. Unsere Hoffnung auf den traditionellen Wurstsalat hat sich nicht erfüllt, der angebotene "Obazder" war von schneller ins Hotel zurückgekehrten Gästen bereits weggefuttert worden, es blieben dann noch Brezeln. Etwas mager dafür, dass die Gäste sicher noch gerne etwas mehr - wenn auch gerne schlicht und ohne großen Aufwand - zu sich genommen hätten. Wein war allerdings gut.
