    Ibis is like a second home for us. We love to stay here, because it's pet friendly and it's better than other hotels in Mysuru.

    The team should take a more proactive and customer led approach. I called ibis 6-7 times to extend the stay of my wife after changing the checkout date on booking.com. Each time I was assured a call back, I was not called back each time. Next day I was told to make a new booking. To add a Cherry on the top, after notifying the team that my wife had left the wallet at home, they demanded that I pay around ₹5,500 on the spot previous day bill, and gave me two hours to do so. I had to make the trip from Bengaluru to Mysuru just to make the payment. I get it – policies matter. But customer service is about understanding circumstances. Not every policy has to be enforced, a little flexibility and communication go a long way and would have saved the time, hassle and unexpected inconvenience of this experience. I will keep on recommending ibis as I find it reassuring to know that women travelling alone at night can feel safe. However, when it comes to my own stays I will definitely think twice. Lesson learned: Money is important but the customer experience is even more so.

    The hotel the rooms and staff service were excellent Faizan is a true professional hotelier.

    Everything and everyone was excellent.
