    Very good & we enjoyed it & we will definitely be back

    Location was spot on . All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful particularly as we were staying with our small dog. Breakfast was good value , a clean environment & enough choice.

    The shower was it meant to be a wet room ? But this did not hinder our stay.

    Staff hotel and breakfast great value for money would have given it all top scores except for parking 👍👍👍

    Excellent value for money had a lovely sea view which we did pay for. Lovely breakfast only down side was not a comfortable place to have a drink other than that would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

    Cleanliness lovely breakfast and excellent location for walking either to Torquay or along the coast to brixham. Only downside bit afraid to take the car just incase we couldn’t get a space when we returned because of first come first serve.
