Horrible soundproofing
Breakfast was alright with good selection, although there were some flies. The staff were friendly and the lobby looked nice. The bed was relatively comfortable.
Horrible soundproofing, especially in room 2002 which was right by the entrance so we could hear every single guest and staff member coming in and out of the block in the middle of the night. Windows were not soundproofed either so could hear airplanes take-off and land at the airport very clearly. It’s a shame since the only reason we booked this hotel is to get a decent night sleep before our next journey but we could barely sleep so that was a complete waste of money.

Exceptional hospitality and genuine care from Farid and the team despite an unexpected setback!
The hotel was clean, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. What impressed us the most was the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shown by Farid and the other team members. They went above and beyond to help us after an unexpected situation, assisting with our travel arrangements, providing complimentary breakfast, arranging transportation, and even following up with us after we arrived in Bali. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for and valued. A special thank you to Farid and the entire team!
Unfortunately, our requested wake-up call was missed, which caused us to miss our flight and purchase new tickets. It was a very stressful and disappointing experience. However, we sincerely appreciate how the team took responsibility, apologized, and did everything they could to support us and make the situation better.
