Tahnk you so much for your hospitality. We had a great stay at Ibiza hotel.
The staff are well prepared, have good experience with hospitality. The room was very clean and well organized. We arrived with a 6 year old and a 6 months old, I had a pre request online to provide a crib, when we arrived the crib was already in the room so we could put our baby to sleep. The air conditioner worked well, and well maintained, not dirty, you can see it is cleaned from the inside so fresh air came without any bad smell. The beds are very comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is in good condition, no mold or bad smell. Beautiful view, the balcony is amazing, it also has a mosquito net if you want to leave the door opened. I truly recommend this hotel, you get what you pay for, no hidden fees or unexpected charges above what is already shown on the website.
Everything was fine. We only asked for some extra cutlery and cups as we arrive 4 of us but this is not something that you cannot provide later..the staff are so helpful they completed all our requests without making an issue.
