Location was great. Place was clean.
Livingroom was just to tight with clothes rack. No dryer clothes did not dry hanging on a rack. Master bedroom was good. Off and on issues with the toilet flushing. 2nd bedroom couple felt it was their least fav place we stayed no room with luggage

Clean and very comfortable bed. Only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchen. Great location. Managed to park nearby, which was free after 5.30pm.

Great stay at the Edinburgh Fringe!
Great stay and perfect location during the Fringe! With 4 people it was exactly what we were looking for. The sleeping arrangements were really comfortable (loved the mattress!), there was an amazing bakery and coffee around the corner and the place was within walking distance of downtown and all the venues. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable living room to chat in at the end of the day. Incredibly, the street was also really quiet during the night even with the proximity to the central streets. The price was also really reasonable during the Fringe! Exactly as advertised!

Bueno, bonito y barato (para Edimburgo)
Es muy grande, cerca de casi todo, con cocina muy amplia y mesas de sobra
La cama son dos camas juntas

There are better places to stay
We arrived 30 minutes before check in and they let us in early. The location is good, walking distance to the centre. They respond quickly to messages.
The property does not appear as polished as it does in the photos. The furniture is quite tired and worn, and there are a number of small maintenance issues. For example, the pedal on the kitchen bin doesn’t work, so you have to touch the lid to open it, and the headboards on all the beds flap/bang against the wall with even the slightest movement. The smaller bedroom and en-suite are frankly quite uncomfortable for a stay. There is virtually nowhere to put your belongings in the bedroom or toiletries in the bathroom, which becomes particularly frustrating when two people are sharing the room. The smaller bathroom also had a persistent unpleasant/funky smell. The larger bedroom is slightly better and considerably more spacious, but surprisingly has no ventilation at all, as none of the windows can be opened. When we arrived, neither bedroom had a properly fitted sheet on the mattress. In both rooms, the sheets provided were too small for the mattresses, meaning they had essentially just been placed on top rather than fitted around them and moved very easily. We reported this immediately, but there was no apology, simply an “oops!” and that it would be fixed the following day because the cleaner lived far away and had already left. Overall, given the condition of the property, the lack of practical storage and some fairly basic maintenance and comfort issues, it did not feel like good value for money.
