A very unprofessional service, in a pokey and loud room.
There is nothing special about this property worth mentioning.
Staff unable to comprehend that I wanted to use my international travel card and not my personal credit card, had to charge me an extra day and told me I would receive a refund. When I contacted the property after the time frame had past when I would get the refund. I got no reply from 3 messages. The room was tiny, barely any room to put a suitcase down. The walls are so thin it’s like being in a cardboard box, I could hear every footstep in the hallway. The buffet was average, and the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. If you’d like your washing done as they advertise, you can pay 50,000 VND PER T-Shirt (not per kilo) There are thousands of better options in Saigon.
