  Spacious apartment next to the Colosseum with amazing views

  Views from the apartment were spectacular. Location was literally next to the Colosseum. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Mini-market close by, restaurants directly downstairs from the apartment. Apartment was modern and very spacious.

  There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom and seemed to be nothing set up to address them (maybe it's normal for the area?). The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms but are not private from each other (which was not ideal for my son and daughter sharing a room). Beds were not comfortable. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with no access to the elevator (which was there but we weren't allowed to use).

  We do not recommend this property to families on a budget or who need flexibility in arrival timing.

  Location is exceptional. Apartment has a modern design with big windows and scenic views. My kids enjoyed looking at the old “New Yorker” magazines that they found on bookshelves.

  First: it was difficult to coordinate the key pickup because we were running late. In hindsight, we would not have chosen this property if we had known how challenging it would be for us to coordinate the key pickup. We are a family of four with two young children and we were driving from Florence. We encountered several unforeseen issues (heavy traffic driving into Rome + problem with bill at Hertz rental car return) These problems caused us to be late to our scheduled time for key pickup, and , as a result, we had to wait for several hours once arrived at the apartment for one of the property managers to meet us and give us the keys. (Note that the owners/mangers compensated us with 24 euros for the inconvenience. The total bill for two nights was close to 2000 euros.) Second: we are a middle class American family, and this apartment was a big splurge for us. While it was pretty and centrally located, we did not feel that it was worth the nearly 2000 euros we spent for two nights. If we had the chance to plan our short time in Rome again, we certainly would have chosen a different rental property or hotel.

  Все було ідеально, від розташування до наповнення номеру. Заселення було зручним, приємним бонусом була пляшка шампанського яка чекала нас в номері. Але особливо вразила чистота, охайність і устаткування апартаментів. Господарі надзвичайно приємні, завжди позитивні, готові надати будь яку допомогу, поради щодо місць відвідування, ресторанів, йдуть на зустріч і з розумінням поставилися до наших непередбачуваних ситуацій, за що їм велика подяка. Ціна абсолютно виправдана за такий сервіс і апартаменти в цілому. Точно можу сказати, що це були найкращі апартаменти за 2 тижневу подорож Європою. Дякую і до нових зустрічей!
