  Taille de l'hébergement Emplacement. Communication facile avec l'agence

  Vétusté, une salle de bain ne donnant pas a l'extérieur, assez humide si on ne fait pas attention. Manque d'équipements de la cuisine. La cafetière dont on ne trouve pas les capsules dans les commerces autour. Les voisins qui vous font remarquer si vous vous garez devant chez eux par contre si eux se garent devant la maison, pas de problème

  Dużo przestrzeni.

  Pleśń, grzyb, brud. Niektóre meble stare, wymagające remontu. Przy rozpoczęciu wynajmu, mydła i papieru toaletowego było tak mało, że starczyło tylko na 2 dni, a wynajęliśmy dom na 10. Po zapytaniu gdzie znajdę więcej, dostałem bezczelną odpowiedź, że muszę sobie kupić. Hałasy w nocy, co uniemożliwiało spanie. Brak kontaktu w przypadku nagłej potrzeby: dzwoniłem na podane przez właściciela numery telefonów, w tym jeden był oznaczony jako "numer awaryjny". Nikt nie odebrał ani nigdy nie oddzwonił. Musiałem sobie radzić ze wszystkim sam, więc cena powinna była uwzględnić jedynie wynajem w niezbyt dobrym stanie dom, czyli powinna być o 50% mniejsza.

  The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped. Communication with the property management was generally very good.

  When we first arrived, there was a noticeable musty smell throughout the house. The front entrance gate was difficult to open and often got stuck. . The ensuite bathroom had visible mold, most likely because it no longer has proper ventilation. The bedroom itself also had no main ceiling light, only bedside lamps, and there was no window that could be opened for fresh air. We also found cockroaches in the apartment.
