Finger weg, viele Probleme und kein Refund trotz schwerer Mängel (trotz großem Haus und guter Lage)
Die Besitzer der Unterkunft wohnten im Nebenhaus und haben schnell für den Austausch defekter Geschirrspüler/Terrassenmöbel und Reparatur einer Klimaanlage gesorgt (leider erfolglos). Der schöne Strand und die Einkaufsstraße ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Freies Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus
Schlüssel befand sich bei der Ankunft am späten Abend nicht im Tresor - daher Stress & Wartezeit, sehr viele Kakerlaken im Haus, sehr viele Moskitos wegen der nahegelegenen Kanäle, ein Schlafzimmer von vieren war wegen defekter Klimaanlage eine von zwei Wochen nicht benutzbar - trotz umfassender Kommunikation seit 2 Wochen mit der Agentur IPM habe ich keinerlei Kostenerstattung bekommen :-((((

House is very spacious and clean. Airconditioning through the whole house. Nice terraces. Very nice location next to the beach and within 30 minute walking distance to the port over a nice path along the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
We killed over 100 mosquitoes although we kept everything shut.

I would never stay here again, do not stay here.
Terrible stay. Locals were doing very loud parties next door, it woke us up in the night. Mosquitos kept coming in the house although we kept the doors closed. We had to kill them during each night and kept us up. We had approx 15 mosquitos each and more. I would never recommend to stay at this villa to a family member or friend.
It was clean at arrival.

Good place to stay, we had a great time
Location suited us - quieter area, but near Beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop and taxi's
Few minor niggles - - Air Con not working in one bedroom - needed new batteries - lock on bathrooms would be helpful - difficult keeping shower head in place as holder partly broken - a few normal knives in kitchen would be helpful, only had steak =knives

Great house in excellent location!
Wonderful big house with a lot of space for everyone.Fantastic location very close to the beach,restaurants and shopping.Clean house with everything you need.Very quiet neighborhood.I highly recommend this place for your vacation!
Lots mosquitos in that area because it is close to the beach canal …so prepare some mosquito spray.
