  Clean, comfortable and convenient to everything you need.

  The apartment is very comfortable, easy to access, and centrally located near all services and restaurants in Prahran. My favourite gyms, cafes and restaurants are all within an extremely short walking distance. Good Wi-Fi and plenty of appliances, and Woolworths, literally 100m away, make getting set up in the apartment very easy. I arrived late and was given the keys, which made access to the accommodation very easy.

  Perfect location in a smart well appointed apartment.

  Well positioned in Izett Street Prahran and the apartment offers everything I wanted.

  The property was perfect, but, I book on Booking.com and then Maisonettes use Truvi to do an ID check. Truvi website doesn’t work and crashes or just won’t allow you to proceed. I send my ID to Maisonettes and they say ok, but, Truvi continues to bombard my email with “please complete your ID check”. Please do something about Truvi as I have stayed here 2 times now and encounter the same problem.

  A very comfortable and quiet apartment close to so many cafes.

  This apartment was well set up with all the appliances and amenities I have at home. Great quiet location within walking distance to public transport.

  A pity there isn’t off street parking. This should be spelt out rather than just saying that it’s close to public transport.
