    Wir mochten es da zu sein, wenn das Haus eine kleine Renovierung bekommt ist ein Goldstück.

    Ruhige Lage direkt am Meer mit einem achönen Grundstück. Klimaanlage im Haus ist super und es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse ist ein super Grill und schöne Sitzmöbel.

    Es ist schon sehr abgewohnt, die Terrasse konnte wegen der abblätternden Farbe nur mit Schuhen begangen werden. Das Haus riecht sehr feucht. Wenn man da empfindlich ist, ist das schwierig.

    Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist relativ alt und ungepflegt. Die Küche ist unappetitlich, weil in die Jahre gekommen. Dadurch leidet die Sauberkeit enorm.
